1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within the allowed time frame, as specified in your booking confirmation.
- No-show or early returns are not typically eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated in your rental provider’s policy.
- Provider cancellation due to unavailability or other service issues may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following items are non-refundable:
- Processing or service fees
- Fees for optional extras (e.g., GPS, child seats) if canceled after the refund window
- Partial rental periods for early returns
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds in cash or via alternate payment channels.
